1 big idea worth considering.
A client of mine leads the sales team for a small tech company. She’s currently in the middle of planning for the second half of the year, so part of the conversation naturally revolved around that topic.
She was feeling overwhelmed with the task she’d been given - to build her team’s plan for the second half of the year, based on a strategy overview document that the CEO had written.
To understand the overwhelm a bit better, I asked if she’d share her screen and show me the CEO’s document she was supposed to build her plan off of.
