Artificial intelligence is rapidly changing the way businesses operate.
If you haven’t jumped on the hype yet, that’s fine. I tend to ignore new technologies and trends as much as the next person.
But watch this short video from Google about the new AI features of Google Workspace, and ask yourself how many people’s jobs will evolve to lesser and greater degrees just from this single company’s advancement.
And they’re just one of numerous examples. The speed of change only increases from here.

The reality is that none of us (or very few of us) have a good idea of where AI will go, and how it will shape the workforce.
It’s going to disrupt….*waves hands*….nearly everything.
But there are a couple skillsets that won’t be replaced, and in fact, become even more critical.
