I think we add too much weight to the term "practice".

A meditation practice sounds like something for a seasoned sage.

A yoga practice sounds like something for a lean and flexible body. 

But those ideas that come along with such a lofty word do it's intent a major disservice. A practice is simply taking action. Period.
