The best career advice I have.

The simplest (and possibly best) advice I can give to someone who is trying to make strides in their career is to button up.

We all know the difference between someone that is buttoned up in their work and someone that isn't. 

The buttoned up person shows up to meetings on time. The non-buttoned up person is perpetually late.
